Returns
Although each piece you buy is made to your specific requirements, and we are sure you will love it, if you are for some reason not 100% happy with your piece, we will refund you if the piece is returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
To arrange return, you can contact us at info.familiarfaces@gmail.com and we can discuss with you getting the piece sent back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
As soon as your piece arrives please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This way we can aim to sort the issue quickly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns gift cards, bespoke pieces or after the 14 day period.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Resizing
If when you receive your ring the size is not right, we offer your first resize on us, if you get in touch within the first two months of receiving your ring. Please email us at info.familiarfaces@gmail.com. After this period additional costs may apply.
Bespoke
All of our pieces can be made in to 9ct Gold. Please contact us to discuss costs, and any questions you have. Abi also welcomes discussions on other bespoke ideas and commissions.
Unless faulty we will not except returns on bespoke commissions, but please get in touch if you have any issues at info.familiarfaces@gmail.com.
